Job Title: Student Counsellor Location: Kochi, Kerala Vacancies: 5 (Female Candidates Preferred) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 Days a Week) Job Description: We are looking for experienced Academic Counselors to join our team at Edwings Overseas Educational Consultants Pvt Ltd in Kochi. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling and should be well-versed with the admission process for at least 5 study-abroad destinations . Key Responsibilities: Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities in countries such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand (or other relevant destinations). Assist students in selecting suitable programs and universities based on their academic background and career goals. Provide guidance on admission procedures, application processes, and visa documentation. Follow up with students throughout the admission and visa application process. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Collaborate with the admissions and visa processing teams to ensure smooth application processing. Achieve monthly targets for student enrollments and counseling sessions. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling for study-abroad programs. In-depth knowledge of the admission processes for at least 5 countries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle student queries efficiently and provide accurate information. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
