Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional who can handle both Human Resources and Operations functions . This role requires strong organizational skills, people management abilities, and operational excellence to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. Key Responsibilities Human Resources: Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Handle employee queries, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures. Organize training and development programs. Operations: Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Coordinate with different teams (marketing, documentation, sales, etc.) for timely deliverables. Monitor and optimize processes for efficiency and compliance. Support management in strategic planning and execution. Assist in organizing events, client meetings, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in HR and/or operations (consultancy/education/immigration sector preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and HR/CRM software.
