Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional who can handle both Human Resources and Operations functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, people management abilities, and operational excellence to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Handle employee queries, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures.
• Organize training and development programs.

Operations:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Coordinate with different teams (marketing, documentation, sales, etc.) for timely deliverables.
• Monitor and optimize processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Support management in strategic planning and execution.
• Assist in organizing events, client meetings, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in HR and/or operations (consultancy/education/immigration sector preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/CRM software.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
