Job Overview: As the Branch Manager for our jewelry retail store, you will be responsible for the overall success and profitability of the branch. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the day-to-day operations. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for the jewelry industry and a proven track record in retail management. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Motivate and lead the sales team to exceed sales goals.
