Branch Head

You will be responsible for overall branch administration, team management, and ensuring financial control of the branch. As the brand representative, you will interact with all customers visiting the location or area of operation. Your duties will also include maintaining good relationships with hotels, transporters, guides, and other service providers in the region. Additionally, you will liaise with Associate Offices in Mysore, Hyderabad, and Hospet to ensure flawless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with hotels, transporters, guides, and other service providers - Maintain good relationships with Associate Offices - Keep team members informed of latest developments - Work on product development for new products and exclusive experiences - Submit necessary reports to reporting Head - Enhance synergy and coordination between Bengaluru and other PAN India offices - Educate service providers about TRAVART in-house business tool and Vendor Portal Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post Graduation - Native of Bangalore - 10 to 12 years of experience in operations for inbound clients preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in costing, rate contracting, and routings - Understanding of customer needs and market trends - Strong negotiation, coordination, and PR skills - Quality conscious with attention to detail - Knowledge of the latest travel trends If you are interested in this position, please share your updated CV at hr@sita.in.,
