Responsibilities include processing and managing bookings for hotels, airlines, trains, and safaris. The candidate should be proficient in designing itineraries and costing. Negotiating for better rates with hotels when necessary is a key aspect of the role. Monitoring daily quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting targeted timelines is essential. The candidate will be responsible for actively engaging in briefing and debriefing from the operator for each tour. Managing the entire life cycle of events, including accounting, documentation, and coordinating with clients while they are on tour, is part of the job. Maintaining a close and cordial relationship with all service providers is crucial. Additionally, the candidate will need to coordinate and follow up with the respective market manager, product, and R&D team for preparing products and brochures, suppliers, branches, and service providers as required.
