Job Description

As a Travel Operations candidate based in Gurugram and Mumbai, your role will involve: - Processing and managing bookings for hotels, airlines, trains, and safaris. - Designing itineraries and costing effectively. - Negotiating for better rates with hotels when required. - Monitoring quotes daily to ensure customer satisfaction and meet timelines. - Engaging in briefing and debriefing with operators for each tour. - Managing event life cycles, including accounting, documentation, and client coordination during tours. - Maintaining positive relationships with service providers. - Coordinating and following up with market managers, product and R&D teams, suppliers, branches, and service providers as needed. Qualifications required: - Post-graduate/graduate degree. - 2-8 years of relevant experience in the travel industry. - Previous work experience in a similar role.
