Hotel Contracting

As a Contracting Manager at our company located in Gurugram, your role will include the following responsibilities: - Contracting best rates after thorough comparisons for all markets. - Providing necessary support to various markets with adhoc rates and inventory. - Monitoring competitors" actions and strengths to take appropriate counter measures. - Regularly circulating updates on rate issues to all markets. - Negotiating and updating products, providing feedback on hotel inspections/FAM trips. - Finalizing rate contracts in consultation with superiors. - Coordinating with the Tariff team to ensure all rates are fed into Xplor for operations usage. - Studying brochure programs, analyzing rates, and recommending contract/re-contract options to enhance business profitability and guest experience. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate/PG in Tourism Management. - 5-10 years of experience in costing, rate contracting, and calculation with strong knowledge of tax structure. - Excellent negotiation and purchasing skills. - Proven ability in competition analysis. - Industry and geography knowledge. - Understanding of different markets/sectors. - Excellent communication and PR skills. - Strong decision-making abilities.
