Job Summary

Infos Connect Study Abroad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead and manage branch operations. The Branch Head will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the counseling and admissions team, ensuring excellent student services, and achieving enrollment targets while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead, train, and manage counselors and administrative staff
• Drive student recruitment and achieve admission and revenue targets
• Provide guidance to students and parents on study abroad options, universities, and visa processes
• Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies (school visits, seminars, events)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and institutions
• Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and analyze key metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visa regulations, and quality standards
• Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Manage budgets, expenses, and resource planning for the branch

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Management, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in study abroad consultancy or education services
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of international education systems, admissions, and visa processes
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong business development abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
