Job Description

Geepas Consumer Electronics is seeking a Branch Head to lead and manage the overall operations, sales performance, and team development of our branch. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, solid experience in the consumer electronics industry, and a strategic mindset to drive regional business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the complete operations of the branch including sales, administration, logistics, and customer service. Lead a team of sales, support, and administrative staff to achieve monthly and annual business targets. Develop and execute localized strategies to increase market share and brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Monitor branch performance metrics and take corrective action as needed to ensure profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards across all branch functions. Report regularly to the senior management with updates on performance, challenges, and market trends. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales or branch management role, preferably in consumer electronics. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline. MBA is an added advantage. Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Proven track record in team and business management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of local market dynamics and distribution channels. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
