Job Description

Aavas Financier is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Head to lead our branch operations for Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in loan sales, and the ability to manage a team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth by achieving HL&LAP loan disbursement targets.
Lead mentor, and motivate the branch sales team.
Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
Built strong relationship with customers, builders, and channel partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor branch performance, P&L, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct market research and develop strategies to increase customer acquisition.
