Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.).
  • Provide accurate product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through problem resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM software.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service level expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges, as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services, when appropriate.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and company policies.
  • Follow company procedures and guidelines for handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software (e.g., CRM systems, chatbots, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
