Job Summary

The Warehouse Billing Executive is responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing billing documents related to warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate invoicing for storage, handling, dispatch, and other logistics services while coordinating with warehouse, finance, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and generate warehouse invoices for storage, loading/unloading, dispatch, and value-added services
Verify billing details such as quantities, rates, weight, and service charges
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Coordinate with warehouse operations to confirm receipts, dispatches, and inventory movement
Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Ensure compliance with company billing policies and contract terms
Update billing data in ERP or warehouse management systems
Support month-end billing closure and reporting
Assist finance team with audits and reconciliations

The qualification preferred: -

Graduate with preferred prior experience in similar field and with strong advance knowledge of excel and SAP skills.
