Job Summary: The IT Coordinator will be responsible for providing software support across all hospital departments, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, coordinating with software service providers, and conducting training sessions for employees on hospital software systems. Key Responsibilities: Software Support & Issue Resolution: Provide technical support for hospital management systems (HMS), EMR, billing, and other software used in the hospital.
