Job Description

Agrawal Group of Publications is a leading name in the Indian academic publishing sector, known for delivering high-quality educational content across various boards and competitive exams. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Executive to join our growing finance and accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate accurate invoices and credit notes in accordance with company policy.
Maintain and reconcile billing records and ledgers.
Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for billing-related documentation.
Track and manage outstanding payments and follow up with clients/dealers.
Maintain GST records and ensure correct tax treatment in all invoices.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly billing reports to management.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field (B.Com preferred).
1–3 years of experience in billing, preferably in the publication or FMCG sector.
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and billing software.
Familiarity with GST, e-invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
