Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter based in Visnagar. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including identifying, sourcing, and closing qualified candidates for IT roles. You will build relationships with clients, maintain a strong bench of consultants, handle account management tasks, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative partnerships and fulfill the hiring needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Strong skills in Hiring and effective Account Management
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and consultants in a professional setting
• Previous experience in IT staffing or recruitment is preferred
• Proficiency in maintaining a pipeline of candidates and managing recruitment platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus
