🔎 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience marketing consultants and working with Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients, and Prime Vendors.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, USC) to potential clients and vendors.

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for daily requirements.

• Submit suitable consultants to active job requirements.

• Negotiate rates with vendors and consultants.

• Maintain submission trackers and daily activity reports.

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and follow-ups.

• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of mandatory Bench Sales experience in US IT Staffing.

• Strong knowledge of job portals (CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work independently during US Night Shift.
