Job description We are looking experienced Medical devices, Pharma (Engineering and Non-IT roles) US Bench Sales Recruiter Specialist. Someone who has a high placement ratio on C2C requirements with vendors and has a comprehensive understanding of recruitment, staffing, and bench sales. Role Description The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to clients for various job openings, and will also work closely with vendors and recruiters to build a pipeline of candidates. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also assist with negotiating rates and contracts, as well as tracking and managing submissions and interviews. Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of staffing needs, including contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. Utilize expertise in US tax terms to facilitate recruiting for candidates on 1099, W2, and Corp-to-Corp arrangements. Manage relationships with authorized consultants and candidates, including Citizens, GCH, TN Permit holders, H1-B, H4 EAD, OPT EAD, STEM OPT, and CPT candidates. Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Master Service Providers (MSP), and recruitment platforms such as SAP Field Glass and Job Diva. Leverage offshore team resources for candidate sourcing, evaluation, and placement coordination. Utilize various job portals and networking platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and Monster for candidate acquisition. Demonstrate proficiency in sales and marketing techniques for candidate and client engagement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US market trends, including pharma/medical employers and job market dynamics. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiting or Staffing Services Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and submit candidates to clients Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
