Job Title: Business Development Manager – US Healthcare Staffing Location: Noida 63 / (Night Shift – US Timings 6:30 A.M-03:30 P.M) About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with at least 1.5 years of experience in US healthcare staffing. Your main role will be to connect with US-based healthcare clients (like hospitals, clinics, and MSPs) and offer our staffing services. Key Responsibilities: • Reach out to potential healthcare clients in the US. • Understand their staffing needs and share suitable services. • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. • Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil client requirements. • Meet sales targets and keep records of your activities in CRM. Requirements: • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in US healthcare staffing business development or sales. • Basic understanding of staffing types (travel nurses, contract staff, locum, etc.). • Good communication and follow-up skills. • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones). Good to Have: • Experience with MSPs or VMS platforms (like AMN, ShiftWise, etc.). • Worked with offshore or India-based recruitment teams.
