Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role also includes negotiating contracts and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development and Sales
  • Strong understanding of market research and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Relevant experience in IT recruitment and staffing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
