Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role located in Udaipur. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The BDM will play a key role in driving organizational growth while ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored housing finance solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sales and business development, including identifying new opportunities and conducting market research
• Proven ability in relationship management, customer service excellence, and proactive client engagement
• Experience in loan products, financial services, and credit evaluation processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in market analysis and CRM tools
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in the housing finance industry or a similar financial services role is advantageous
