You will assist in various HR functions, including the implementation of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and engagement in personnel management activities. Daily responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks. Qualifications Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills. Proficient in Hiring through Naukri, Linkedin Posting's. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office or related software.
