As an HR Intern at Orbitcode Innovations, you will gain hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team and assist in maintaining smooth HR operations.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Assist in full-cycle recruitment (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)

Support new employee onboarding and orientation

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Help prepare HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits

Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events

Support HR team with attendance, leave records, and HR reports

Respond to basic employee queries professionally

Assist with HR projects and documentation as needed

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field) — pursuing or completed

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Basic understanding of HR functions

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

Ability to handle information confidentially and professionally
