Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

- Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with our target audience

- Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner

- Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) to optimize content and advertising strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service, etc.) to ensure consistent branding and messaging

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies

- Excellent content creation skills (writing, photography, videography, etc.)

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and their audiences

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)

- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

- Certification in social media marketing (Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification, etc.)
