Job Description

  • The Business Development Manager (International Sales) will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing international clients to drive revenue growth in global markets
  • This full-time, permanent role requires 2-3 years of experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification, with a preference for candidates with a logistics sales background
  • The BDM will generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • The candidate will develop and maintain relationships with international clients by understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Additionally, the role involves conducting market research to identify business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • The BDM will also represent the company at global trade events, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and maintain accurate sales records
  • Strong sales acumen, communication skills, and a results-driven approach are essential
  • The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately or within one month

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential international clients through multiple channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored logistics solutions.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals to achieve sales targets in global markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, trends, and potential growth areas.
  • Represent the company in global trade events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems.
