Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager – University & EdTech Partnerships

Location: Mohali
Employment Type: Full-Time

To amplify our outreach and strengthen our presence in the academic ecosystem, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive / Manager to lead strategic partnerships with universities and EdTech firms.

This role is critical to building long-term collaborations, driving B2B growth, and positioning ASB as a preferred training partner across institutions.

Key Responsibilities University Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and establish strategic collaborations with colleges and universities.
  • Pitch ASB’s training and upskilling programs to placement cells, training & development teams, and academic leaders.

EdTech Collaboration

  • Build and nurture partnerships with EdTech companies for joint initiatives and product/service integrations.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions and partner firms.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for institutional clients and alliances.

MoU & Tie-ups

  • Negotiate terms and finalize partnership agreements (MoUs) with colleges, universities, and EdTech partners.

Brand Promotion

  • Represent ASB at university events, career fairs, education expos, and academic conferences to increase visibility.

Market Intelligence

  • Research and analyze trends in the EdTech and education sectors to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Keep track of competitor offerings and institutional needs to refine outreach strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academics, product) to ensure smooth execution of partnership objectives and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, academic relations, or institutional partnerships (preferably in EdTech or education sectors).
  • Strong networking capabilities and existing connections within higher education or EdTech.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the higher education and tech training ecosystem.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 25%) for meetings, events, and campus engagements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
