Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective students and parents to promote coaching programs and schedule demo classes.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential students through outreach campaigns, school tie ups, referrals, and online inquiries.
• Follow-ups: Engage leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to convert interest into enrolments.
• Student Counselling: Guide students and parents on suitable academic tracks and program benefits.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain records in the CRM and share daily/weekly updates with the team.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing seminars, demo classes, and school outreach programs. Competitor Research: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or tele-calling (EdTech experience preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
