Searching properties in ideal localities / micro markets as per client requirement
Expertise in Retail, Commercial properties.
Market Research Gather information and analyze to develop a thorough understanding of micro-markets/ catchments.
Property Assessment Gather information and assess the property to understand its strengths and challenges.
Negotiation with property owners / developer / builder.
Complete execution of Scope of Work within the given timeline, in coordination with property owners / developer / builder.
Preparing agreements, formalities required for registration of the agreements, generating LOI, and required NOCs.
Maintain database of existing clients & new clients.
Maintain and update listing of available properties.
