Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and analyze data to identify and define key target audiences, including HR professionals, recruiters, and decision-makers in the HR tech space. Identify key contacts and stakeholders within targeted companies and regions, focusing on HR heads, talent acquisition leaders, and senior management. Engage with decision-makers via personalized email campaigns, phone calls to generate interest in the HR product, and build initial engagement. Support marketing activities like email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and content distribution. Plan and manage online marketing programs to drive product awareness and generate organic demand among HR professionals and organizations. Update and manage lead databases and track interactions using a customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate lead nurturing and reporting. Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing. Freshers with relevant internships or projects are welcome. Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn. Highly creative mindset with the ability to craft campaigns that capture attention, address HR challenges, and showcase the product's value. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to HR audiences. Ability to collaborate across teams (sales, product, and customer success) to align marketing efforts with product positioning and sales goals.
