Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth through strategic partnerships, patient outreach, and corporate tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and referring consultants.




• Implement strategies to enhance patient inflow through marketing activities, health camps, and awareness programs.




• Conduct market analysis and competitor bench marking to support strategic decision-making.




• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve service offerings and patient experience.




• Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, and pitch documents.




• Monitor business development activities and prepare performance reports.




• Participate in hospital promotion activities like CME programs, health check-up drives, etc.




• Ensure targets for patient referrals, OPD footfall, and revenue are met through focused outreach efforts.




• Support tie-ups with industries, schools, colleges, and other institutions for health services.




• Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities




• Coordination with doctors, hospital staff, and external partners




• Reporting and MIS responsibilities
