Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Business Development (BD) role with a hybrid work structure. The position is based in Shillong, with the opportunity for partial remote work. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, establishing client relationships, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration across teams to drive sales and business growth while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and market research capabilities to identify trends and opportunities
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities for client engagement and relationship management
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and a track record of achieving sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge or experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
