Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Partnership Development
: Build and close strategic B2B/B2C partnerships with corporates, platforms, and institutions.
End-to-End Sales
: Own the full BD cycle from lead gen to onboarding.
Revenue Ownership
: Hit aggressive monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to shape partner-specific offerings.
Market Feedback
: Provide insights to product and growth teams to help steer strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

4 to 8 years experience in BD, ideally having managed different business models, Will be responsible for building corporate clients for their training offerings
Experience
: 4 to 8 years in B2B sales, preferably in

Sales Achievements
: Proven record of closing high-ticket, long-cycle deals and exceeding revenue targets.
Stakeholder Handling
: Experience engaging CXOs, L&D/HR heads, or procurement teams.
