Role & responsibilities

  • Partnership Development

    : Build and close strategic B2B/B2C partnerships with corporates, platforms, and institutions.
  • End-to-End Sales

    : Own the full BD cycle from lead gen to onboarding.
  • Revenue Ownership

    : Hit aggressive monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, operations) to shape partner-specific offerings.
  • Market Feedback

    : Provide insights to product and growth teams to help steer strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4 to 8 years experience in BD, ideally having managed different business models, Will be responsible for building corporate clients for their training offerings
  • Experience

    : 4 to 8 years in B2B sales, preferably in

    SaaS

  • Sales Achievements

    : Proven record of closing high-ticket, long-cycle deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Stakeholder Handling

    : Experience engaging CXOs, L&D/HR heads, or procurement teams.
