Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development (BD) Intern. The BD Intern will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research to identify potential growth opportunities, and analyzing industry trends. They will also support outreach initiatives, communicate with potential clients, and assist with customer service activities to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction. Collaboration with internal departments and assisting in strategy development will form part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making processes
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for successful client interactions and internal collaboration
• Experience or knowledge in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Customer Service aptitude to build and maintain strong client relationships
• A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, or currently pursuing the same, is preferred
• Prior experience in BD is a must as intern
• Communication skills are required
