Job Description -
Analyze industries and regions to identify potential areas for recruitment business expansion. Gather information on prospective companies and their hiring requirements. Source new business leads using online platforms, databases, and LinkedIn. Maintain and update a structured pipeline of potential clients. Connect with HR professionals, founders, and decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Present recruitment solutions and schedule meetings for the Business Head. Arrange, confirm, and track meetings while ensuring timely follow-ups for lead conversion.

Job Specification - A genuine interest in developing a career in Sales & Business development. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail. Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Office Timings - 10 AM - 6 PM
Working Days - 5.5 days in a week Academic Qualifications - Any Graduate/PG Location - RDC, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad Stipend - 10000/- + Performance based incentives No. of Positions- 1 Duration- 3/6 Months After completing the successful training, a Certificate will be provided to the candidate. The company offers a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to interns who demonstrate exceptional performance during the internship period. Note: Candidate must have their own laptop.
