As a Business Development Intern at our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and exploring new business opportunities in the advertising and media industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, approaching, and converting potential clients in the advertising and marketing space. - Understanding client requirements and offering tailored advertising solutions. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients. - Working closely with the creative and client servicing teams to deliver successful campaigns. - Conducting market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. - Meeting revenue targets and contributing to overall business growth. - Preparing and presenting proposals, pitches, and reports as required. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the advertising/media industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns. - Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
