We build tools and programs that connect early-career talent with hiring partners, powering improved placement outcomes and scalable employer engagement.Role: Business Development Intern (BD Intern) — Remote (India). This is a hands-on, performance-oriented internship ideal for proactive candidates who want a fast track into sales, partnerships, and growth roles within a lean startup.Role & Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify B2B leads across target segments through research, LinkedIn outreach, and database mining.
  • Execute outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn messaging) and follow-ups to generate meetings for the BD team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in the CRM; log activities and update lead status daily.
  • Support preparation of outreach collateral and sales decks; tailor messaging for industry verticals.
  • Coordinate and schedule discovery calls between prospects and account executives; ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Track outreach performance and provide weekly insights to iterate messaging and targeting strategies.
