Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bartenders / Assistant Bartenders with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with new menu items and promotions, making recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bartender or Assistant Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
