Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Executive to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage all aspects of banquets, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful events.
Analyze event feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing events, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Familiarity with event planning software and technology is an asset.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
