Bakery Head Chef

We are looking for a skilled Bakery Head Chef to lead our bakery team in a reputed organisation. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

• Manage and oversee daily bakery operations to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the bakery's offerings.
• Supervise and train junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Proven experience as a head chef or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant chain.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
