Bakery Head Chef

We are looking for a skilled Bakery Head Chef with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our bakery team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

• Manage and oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the bakery's offerings.
• Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies, managing costs and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a bakery or pastry shop.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
