Bakery Head Chef

We are looking for candidates for Cake / Pastry Chef with minimum 5-8 years of experience. Candidates who have prior experience can apply. Must have good knowledge of production of bakery and confectionary items such as Cookies, Puffs, Pastries, Cakes, Breads, Brownies, Milk bread, sugar bread, Fancy Cakes, Desserts, Shakes etc.Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have

• Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.
• Ability to plan menu and knowledge of commercial food costing
• Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.
• Must demonstrate creativity and skill in cake decoration, fondant work.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Ensuring that kitchen staff adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Staying up-to-date with culinary trends and Bakery processes
• Dealing with suppliers and ensuring that they supply quality goods at affordable prices
• Managing the inventory and ordering stock as needed
• Overseeing the maintenance of Bakery equipment and organising repairs when needed
• Handling staff issues, such as sick leave and attendance, and taking disciplinary action when necessary
• Developing new dishes and overhauling menus to attract more clientele
• Ensuring that guests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinary experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
