Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bakery Commi to join our team, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the head chef in planning and preparing bakery menus.
Ensure high-quality ingredients and supplies are delivered to the kitchen.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and ideas to enhance the bakery menu.
Manage inventory and stock levels of bakery supplies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bakery Commi or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of bakery techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
