Backend Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Operator Onboarding & HR Coordination

  • Manage onboarding for new and rejoining operators, including data collection and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with HR for documentation, joining formalities, and employee queries.

Attendance & ERP Management

  • Prepare and maintain attendance records for operators, especially for southern region sites.
  • Manage ERP access and correlate attendance logs with site reports.

Statutory Compliance & Documentation

  • Create, arrange, and issue ESI, PF, and other statutory documents.
  • Prepare operator experience certificates as required.
  • Maintain compliance documents, including WCP and other statutory records.

Site & Operational Support

  • Collect and communicate site breakdown reports.
  • Handle TPI (Third-Party Inspection) requests and coordination.

Finance & Expense Handling

  • Process operator bills, expense approvals, and conveyance claims.
  • Prepare salary advances and coordinate monthly room rent communications.

Communication & Administrative Support

  • Edit and maintain internal formats and templates.
  • Handle travel ticket coordination and mailing.
  • Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and communication with site teams and HR.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Any graduate; HR, Management, or Commerce background preferred.
  • Experience:

    3 – 5 years in HR operations, backend operations, or related roles.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Core Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new processes and software.


Preferred:

  • Previous experience in HR operations, payroll, or backend coordination.
  • Familiarity with attendance management, site operations, or statutory compliance.
