As a Virtual Assistant at Task Virtual, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Managing and organising data: data entry, cleaning, updating databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supporting digital marketing activities: assisting with content posting, social media scheduling, basic SEO tasks, campaign tracking.
• Website support: basic website design or updates (e.g., using WordPress/HTML/CMS tools), helping maintain website functionality and content.
• Conducting research & market analysis: gathering and analysing market/industry data, competitor profiling, preparing reports.
• Effective communication: interacting with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates, clarifying requirements.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks: email management, scheduling, preparing presentations/documents as required.

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree (or equivalent) is mandatory.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience (freshers will also be considered).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) — including formulas, pivot tables, charting etc.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent organisational ability, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A willingness to learn digital marketing fundamentals, website tools and research methodologies.
• Good analytical mindset — able to interpret data, identify trends and present insights.
• Comfortable working remotely or in a flexible virtual-environment, responsive and self-driven.
• Professional attitude, commitment to deadlines, and ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
