Job Summary: As a Backend Developer, the candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the core of our software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize server-side solutions that power our products. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot ● Collaborate with the frontend development team to design and implement efficient and scalable APIs ● Design and optimize database structures for high performance and reliability ● Implement security and data protection measures in backend systems ● Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and development environments ● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices ● Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements for new features ● Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in backend development ● Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) ● Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer ● Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development ● Experience with RESTful API design and implementation ● Proficiency in database design and SQL (e.g., MongoDB, MariaDb, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) ● Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus ● Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git ● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
