We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the infrastructure, deployment automation, CI/CD, and cloud architecture for our platform . You’ll work closely with backend, frontend, and AI engineers to ensure our systems are resilient, performant, and secure at scale. Responsibilities Design, build, and manage a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure). Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar). Define and maintain infrastructure as code (Terraform / Pulumi / AWS CDK). Architect secure, scalable, and cost-efficient multi-tenant environments. Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Datadog, etc.). Work with engineering teams to ensure high availability , disaster recovery , and auto-scaling . Automate container orchestration (Kubernetes / ECS / GKE / EKS). Implement security best practices — network security, secrets management, compliance. Drive DevSecOps culture, embedding security into CI/CD workflows. Manage blue-green / canary deployments to reduce downtime and risk. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support rapid feature releases . Requirements 4–8 years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience. Min 4 years mandatory experience. Proven experience in multi-tenant SaaS architecture & cloud-native platforms . Strong expertise in AWS / GCP / Azure (at least one major cloud). Deep knowledge of Kubernetes , Docker, and microservices deployments. You should be someone who not only creates beautiful UIs but deeply understands the logic, behavior, and psychology behind every user interaction. This is not a template-based design role. You will help shape the very DNA of our products — across web, mobile, internal dashboards, cross-platform SaaS interfaces, and marketing assets. You’ll be part of a team solving complex multi-tenant, multi-region tech challenges and translating them into designs that feel effortless. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design of web and mobile applications, from concept to launch. Convert product discovery inputs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Own and maintain the design system and consistently evolve it based on product updates. Create beautiful, functional, and high-performing designs in Figma — quick iterations, reusable components, shareable client-ready deliverables. Prepare visually impactful presentations to communicate user research, personas, flows, and strategies in alignment with product/branding teams.
