Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of web and mobile applications, from concept to launch.
• Convert product discovery inputs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Own and maintain the

  design system

  and consistently evolve it based on product updates.
• Create

  beautiful, functional, and high-performing designs

  in Figma — quick iterations, reusable components, shareable client-ready deliverables.
• Prepare visually impactful presentations to

  communicate user research, personas, flows, and strategies

  in alignment with product/branding teams.
• Conduct

  design research

  and usability studies and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Participate in

  client-facing calls

  and team meetings, understanding real-time feedback and converting it into actionable updates.
• Collaborate tightly with developers, product managers, backend teams, and stakeholders to ensure clean design-to-code handoffs and implementation success.
• Manage

  multiple design tracks

  , deliver against tight deadlines, and remain organized across evolving design requests.
• Create

  logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and marketing graphics

  as needed.
• Understand how to transform

  data-heavy or technical content

  into simplified, visual storytelling (e.g., graphs, dashboards, process visuals).
• Ensure accessibility, navigation flow, mobile responsiveness, and user-centric performance.

Must-Have Skills & Traits

• Expert-level Figma proficiency

  (auto layout, components, variants, interactive prototypes, presentations, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of

  color theory, typography, layout hierarchy, and branding

• Mastery of

  UI/UX fundamentals

  : heuristic principles, usability, information architecture, responsive design, motion, etc.
• Fluent with creating

  design systems, UI kits

  , and scalable multi-app UI frameworks
• Proven track record of

  cross-platform design

  — mobile, web, tablets, internal portals, dashboards
• Experience in

  client projects

  , with the ability to present design logic persuasively
• Highly detail-oriented — knows how to go

• Knowledge of front-end implementation basics (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• Print design: brochures, pitch decks, investor reports
• Familiarity with
