Back End Developer

As an experienced Backend Developer at Syntra Tech, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our agile tech team and play a crucial role in building fast, secure, and scalable backend services for web and mobile applications powered by analytics, cloud, and GenAI. Your responsibilities will include architecting and developing robust backend systems, designing scalable APIs, integrating third-party APIs, deploying applications using cloud services like GCP or AWS, and ensuring code quality, security, and performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with front-end, UI/UX, and AI teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and lead backend release cycles. To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, expertise in Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks, strong knowledge of databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL, experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, and familiarity with REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Additionally, experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, authentication and authorization protocols, and AI-based products would be a bonus.
