Job Summary As a Backend Developer, the candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the core of our software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize server-side solutions that power our products. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot Collaborate with the frontend development team to design and implement efficient and scalable APIs Design and optimize database structures for high performance and reliability Implement security and data protection measures in backend systems Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and development environments Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements for new features Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in backend development Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development Experience with RESTful API design and implementation Proficiency in database design and SQL (e.g., MongoDB, MariaDb, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
