About the Role

We are seeking experienced Sales professionals to drive B2C client acquisition for our Strategic and Mid-Tail client segments (100200+ daily order volume). This role demands high ownership, strong solution-selling capabilities, and the ability to build and scale relationships with clients across logistics, e-commerce, D2C, retail, and distribution sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales acquisition for high-potential B2C clients (Strategic and Mid-Tail).
  • Pitch logistics solutions across First-Mile, Last-Mile, Reverse Logistics, and related services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Engage in senior-level (CXO and Operations Head) client discussions to present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to close deals and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Drive account activation, ramp-up, and seamless transition to Key Account Management.
  • Conduct market mapping, benchmarking, and analysis of pricing, volumes, and margins.
  • Monitor client performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate resolutions to accelerate growth.
  • Work closely with Business Heads and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience in B2C logistics sales or supply chain acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics pricing, service levels, and e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated ability in client acquisition, negotiation, and closure at mid-to-large scale.
  • Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • 2–6 years of sales experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in B2C or express delivery segments.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
